Accommodation bookings close on 22 October 2010

A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Crown Promenade Hotel for the nights of Monday 29 November to Thursday 3 December 2010.

Deposit and payment
A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation will be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and the amount deducted from your account on check out, when full payment will be required. You may elect to pay all nights accommodation in advance.

Booking deadline
The deadline for accommodation bookings is 22 October 2010. Requests received after that date will be subject to availability.

Cancellation
Cancellations made after 1 November 2010 will only receive a refund if the hotel is prepared to offer one.
