Internet registration

To register via the internet please go to http://www.meetingsfirst.com.au/login.asp and log in using your name and PIN or create a PIN. After verifying your contact details, click on the left hand menu button "Registration" and complete the process. A Tax Invoice page is displayed during the registration process. This page is automatically emailed to you after you "Submit Registration" and may be given to your Finance Department. You may pay on-line by:

  • credit card (via the NAB secure website)
  • print a form and fax your credit card details
  • tick the "will send a cheque" box and send a cheque within 30 days

Presenting authors

Presenting authors who have not registered to attend and paid by 2 November will be assumed to have withdrawn their abstract. 

Cancellation policy

A cancellation received prior to 1 November will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $55.00. Refunds after 2 November will only be made in exceptional circumstances, with the decision being made after the conclusion of the meeting. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

Registration acknowledgement

All registrations will be acknowledged by email on receipt, and again when payment has been received. Please ensure you read your Confirmation carefully and advise of any corrections promptly.

Privacy

In accordance with the Privacy and Spam Acts we advise that information collected in the registration/abstract submission process will be held in databases on secure sites by Meetings First. It is the intention to use the information to communicate with you by mail, phone, fax or email and to provide a delegate list comprising name, institution, State and Country to delegates and sponsors. You may elect to be excluded from this list.
